Dr. Pezzanite offers consultations to attorneys and expert witness testimony in cases involving behavioral issues of dogs and cats.

Legal consulting includes:

providing expert witness testimony about the behavioral tendencies of dog’s and cat’s

performing a behavioral evaluation or assessment of the dog or cat in question

formulating an opinion about the aggressive nature of the dog or cat

A fee of $200 per hour for time spent in activities relevant to the case includes but is not limited to: reviewing reports, depositions, and other materials, performing evaluations, researching the scientific literature, conducting interviews, or meeting with clients or attorneys. If deposed, the fee is $300 per hour. If called to testify in court, the fee is $300 per hour for time spent testifying or waiting to testify. Travel time is charged at $100 per hour. Expenses are charged as they are incurred.
