Telephone consultations are available for any U.S. resident with a cat or dog that has a behavior problem that does not involve aggression. Examples include pet introductions, cat litter box problems, puppy house training, choosing the right pet for your home, grief counseling, etc.

Depending on the type of problem, you may be asked to send pictures, diagrams, or a videotape prior to the consultation. A telephone consultation includes a brief written report and 3 months of telephone and/or email follow-up.
